We reserved a waterfront/oceanview room, and it was beautiful. The suite is HUGE. The balcony is large, and you can open the slider in the bedroom and look out as well. We could literally lie in bed and watch the sunset. Amazing! The staff was only a text away at ALL times, and they replied immediately to every need or question. They were accommodating and very helpful with answering questions about everything in Key West. Everything was VERY clean, and we watched the maintenance constantly at work making sure the walkways to the rooms were clean and dry. Everyone was super-friendly. The free shuttle takes you to two different places in Key West close to most things you want to see, and the drivers are great. The restaurant is pricey, but the food was some of the best I've ever tasted. You must have the bread!

Dining Room bar area was great...TJ the bartender was very nice and hospitable with great personality. Only problem was that it closed every afternoon. One afternoon, the pool bar was closed due to storm and inside bar was closed. We could not get anything to eat or drink on the property all afternoon. Breakfast Bar was great! Shuttle service was excellent and very on-time and accomodating.

Property is located in Keys West and there are lot of attractions nearby to visit and spend a great time throughout the day. The view from balcony was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. It also has a pool which was well maintained. There is also a small bar/restaurant in the property for drinks or quick snack.
